The Story

Twenty years of helping people build wealth through property.

MC Gan's practice began in 2005 with a simple idea: a property transaction is mostly a relationship problem, not a marketing one. Clients carrying a real decision want to be heard, briefed honestly, and represented carefully. Two decades on, that has not changed.

The work is committed and disciplined. Accredited under the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), MC specialises in prime central Singapore, with active reach into the east and west when a client portfolio calls for it.
